What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

How do I track my order placed online?

Once your order is placed, we email you an electronic confirmation, followed by an elctronic invoice. Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with your tracking information. If you don't receive this email containing your tracking information you can always send an email to our customer service team to get the information at service@bigbill.com.

BIG BILL offers a variety of shipping options to ensure that your order arrives when you need it. All shipping and handling information can be accessed by clicking here. Posted delivery times provided during check-out are estimates. They are posted to help you identify the shipping option that is right for you.

Also, please note that we process orders quickly. Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify your shipping method. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope that our quick processing times work to your advantage.

What is BIG BILL’s return policy for orders placed on BIG BILL online?

BIG BILL orders may be returned within 30 days after recieving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition with all of the tags attached. We are currently unable to complete exchanges. All refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Online orders can be returned using the customer protal.

Please contact customer service if a product is defective, damaged or different from what you ordered using our customer portal or you can email us at returns@bigbill.com. If items are defective please send a photo of the interior neck label of the garment (including the cut number) and a photo of the defect to returns@bigbill.com

How long do I have to return my purchase?

BIG BILL orders may be returned within 30 days of the original date of purchase.

Can I exchange my purchase?

Sorry, we’re currently unable to complete exchanges. Please proceed with a return and reorder. 

When will I get my refund?

BIG BILL appreciates how hard you work for your money and do everything we can to get it back into your hands quickly. Usually within 3-5 business days after our distribution center receives your return. Please make sure to follow the return instructions in order to avoid delays. Refunds are credited back to the original method of payment. For any questions regarding your returns, please contact us using the customer portal or by emailing returns@bigbill.com.

Can I make changes to my order after it is placed?

We process our orders very quickly to get your product to you as soon as possible. While we cannot make any changes to an order after it has been placed, we may be able to cancel an order within 1-2 hours of it being placed. If you need to cancel your order, we ask that you call our customer service team immediately at 1-888-333-4819.

How do I check on my order status?

Your customer account will have updates regarding your order status. Once your order is placed we send you an email every step of the way. See your inbox to get updated information on your order. We will send an email to confirm once an order is received, processed, and shipped. You can also refer to your customer portal for updates.

Where do I enter a promo code?

There is a field for promo code entry in the shopping cart.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment types: Credit/debit card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and GooglePay. We do not accept split payments between multiple credit cards to pay for my order at this time.

Does your packing slip include the pricing on it? What documents will be included with my shipment?

Our shipments only include a packing slip. They do not include invoices. Our packing slips do not include pricing. We only email invoices to customers.

How do I find store locations?

Will my order ship from USA or Canada?

All USA order ship from our Distribution Center in Newport, VT, USA. All Canadian Orders ship from our Magog, Quebec, Distribution Center in Canada. Our two distribution centers are 30 minutes apart from one another, we do mulitples transfers a week to share stock.

Where do you manufacture your garments?
  • In our facility in Richmond, Quebec we manufacture Unlined Coveralls, and Outerwear.
  • In our facility in Coaticook Quebec, we manufacture pants, shirts, coveralls, and outerwear.
  • We use several additional contractors across canada to manufacture knits, bib overalls, outerwear, accessories, belts, pants, and shirts.
  • In our facility in Colebrook, New Hampshire we manufacture button up shirts, flannels and hickory shirts.
  • In Texas we manufcutre button up shirts and knits.
  • In Mexico we manufacture coveralls
  • Suspenders and Knee pads made in USA
  • Boots are desgined in Canada, and made in China
  • We also import a variety of apparel items, however we are commited to domestic made and it remains the core of our business.  
Can I order pants in a length that is not suggested?

It may be possible to have unhemmed (unfinished) pants hemmed to a specific size. To explore this option, please contact our customer service department atservice@bigbill.combefore submitting your order.
